If you are currently holding Temporary Subclass 309 Partner Visa, you may be eligible for second stage processing for your permanent residency in Australia with the Subclass 100 Partner (Migrant) Visa.

Both visas (Subclass 309 and Subclass 100) are applied for using the same form and require just one application fee, though they're processed in two distinct stages.

Typically, eligibility for the Subclass 100 visa's second-stage processing arises two years after the Subclass 309 application.

Eligibility for the Subclass 820 is determined by your marital or de facto relationship status with an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or eligible New Zealand citizen. It also allows for the inclusion of dependent children in your application, provided they are in Australia when you apply.
